Corporate partnerships

A CSI rand that becomes permanent infrastructure.

We build bridges in rural South Africa with corporate, government and individual partners. Section 18A receipted. SED scorecard-aligned. Audit-ready reporting. And the deliverable lasts for generations.

Why partner with us

Three things separate us from most charities.

01The problem

Everyone knows about it. Almost no one can do anything about it.

Many charities pursue causes that thousands of organisations are already working on — food, education, health awareness. Worthy causes, crowded fields, marginal differentiation.

The lack of safe river crossings in rural South Africa is the opposite. Every government department, every community leader, every CSI manager knows the problem exists. But building permanent bridges requires engineering expertise, civil construction capacity, on-the-ground community partnerships and reliable funding pipelines — a combination almost no organisation has assembled.

We have. Your contribution moves the needle on a problem that very few interventions can actually solve.

Everyone knows about it. Almost no one can do anything about it.
02The deliverable

Physical. Permanent. Used by generations.

Most CSI spend produces outputs that are real but temporary — meals served, workshops delivered, training completed. Important, but the benefit expires.

A bridge is different. We build steel, concrete or cable-stayed structures engineered for 5-ton loads and decades of service. The benefit doesn’t expire when the financial year ends. It compounds, year after year, generation after generation, for everyone in the community.

A donation today becomes a structure your team can visit, your customers can see, and your impact report can keep citing for the next twenty years.

Physical. Permanent. Used by generations.
03The beneficiaries

The people most likely to be harmed by an unsafe crossing are the people most often forgotten.

A flooded river doesn’t affect everyone equally. The biggest beneficiaries of every bridge we build are the most vulnerable members of the community:

Children who would otherwise risk drowning to get to school. Pregnant women and mothers who can’t reach a clinic for antenatal care or emergency delivery. The elderly who can’t physically cross fast-flowing water and become isolated from family, healthcare and grant pay-points.

Your CSI investment goes precisely where impact reporting matters most — to the demographics most disadvantaged by the infrastructure gap, in the most measurable possible way.

The people most likely to be harmed by an unsafe crossing are the people most often forgotten.

Engagement models

Multiple ways to structure the partnership.

Single-bridge sponsorship

From R750k

Fund a specific bridge end-to-end. Your company is associated with that project across our public site, in our impact reporting, and (at your option) with on-site naming or signage at the completed structure.

Multi-year framework partnership

From R2m / year

A three-to-five-year commitment funding multiple bridges. Annual SED reporting, quarterly updates, custom-branded impact materials. Recommended for companies looking to anchor their CSI strategy around long-term, measurable infrastructure outcomes.

Employee giving programme

Flexible structure

Set up a matched-giving programme where employees fund bridges and the company matches. Built-in engagement, visible internal storytelling, and aligned with employee value proposition work.

In-kind partnership

Project-by-project

If your company is in engineering, construction, materials supply or logistics, we’d much rather work with you on in-kind contributions to specific projects. Often more cost-effective and more visible than pure cash giving.

What you get

Compliance built in. Reporting ready to use. Visibility on tap.

Every partnership comes with the documentation your treasury, legal, BBBEE and CSI teams need — without you having to chase it.

Section 18A tax certificates

Auto-generated and SARS-compliant. Deductible up to 10% of taxable income (27% corporate rate applies).

BBBEE SED scorecard credit

Bridge funding qualifies as Socio-Economic Development spend under the Generic Codes.

Quarterly impact reporting

Photos, project status, beneficiary numbers and milestone updates — ready for your annual integrated report.

Branded recognition

Logo placement on our site, project pages and (where you choose) on the physical structures themselves.

Audit-friendly governance

Procurement documentation, supplier contracts, project-level accounting available on request.

Employee engagement

Site visits, volunteer days, internal storytelling assets. Real human stories your people can connect with.

How we work together

From first email to signed partnership in four steps.

01

Introduction call

A 30-minute call to understand your CSI priorities, budget framework and reporting needs.

02

Project shortlist

We’ll send you three to five live projects that fit your scale, geography and impact criteria.

03

Custom proposal

Written proposal covering project scope, timelines, budget, branding, milestones and reporting.

04

Partnership starts

MOU signed, first project funded, kick-off communications planned. Most partnerships are active within six weeks of the first call.

Let’s build something that lasts.

Email us with a one-line note about what kind of partnership you’re exploring. We’ll come back within two business days to set up an introduction call.
